Not only was she always kind and polite, but she went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. the fully equipped kitchen and bathroom were a pleasant surprise, as we were able to enjoy a self-service breakfast with ingredients readily available. the provision of adaptors for English electricity was a thoughtful touch that made our stay even more convenient. Overall, the central location, along with the attention to detail in providing for our needs, truly exceeded my expectations and made our trip to London all the more enjoyable.
